Changes To Meetings

We have rescheduled the Highways & Planning and Full Council meeting from Wednesday 21st May to Wednesday 27th May due to the forthcoming Eastleigh By-Election. Our standing orders prevent meetings being held on the week preceding any election. 

The meeting will take place at 6.45pm for Highways & Planning, followed by Full Council at 7.30pm. This meeting will include the election of a new chair, vice chair and a long service award, followed by the usual Full Council business.

The Recreations & Amenities Committee Meeting scheduled for Wednesday 14th May has been cancelled.
