Due to additional transfers of land, Hedge End Town Council are looking for a full time conscientious, Horticultural Grounds Person, 37 hours per week for care and maintenance of grounds and sports pitches.  Experience of operating horticultural machinery including ride-on and pedestrian mowers and tractors is required. A recognised chainsaw qualification would be preferred along with experience of using a flail. Ideally the person would have an excavator licence or be willing to obtain this as part of the role for preparation of graves. Qualifications essential with work experience and clean manual driving licence are required. Competitive terms and conditions including a local government pension is offered.

Salary £26,349.64 – £29,404.67 (PAY RISE PENDING)
