Hire Rates (per hour inc. VAT)

  • Private event / party - weekday: £23.21
  • Private event / party - weekend: £31.94
  • Regular hire: £23.17 (weekdays only)
  • If a franchised business:  £25.96 weekday or £48.36 weekends.
  • All day hire per hall (10 hours): £232.14 weekday or £319.41 weekends.

Deposits:

  • Hall hire before 6pm: £50
  • Hall hire after 6pm: £250

Prices correct as from April 2024.

Facilities

  • Tables and chairs available for 100 seated guests in the large hall.
  • Frank Vickers Small Hall for 44 seated guests
  • Kitchen area with cooker, microwave and water heater
