Conservation Team Hard At Work

The amazing Hedge End Conservation Volunteers have been out and about in the sunshine clearing pathways, picking up litter, removing non-native invasive plants and generally helping to keep our green spaces looking beautiful.

The team joined council staff at the Woodstock Close Ecology Park.

Chairman of Hedge End Town Council’s Recreation and Amenities Committee Cllr. Leigh Hadaway took a quick break from litter picking to say “It makes a real difference to residents to see their areas being looked after by so many people who care about Hedge End.”

Our thanks to the team!
